Why after servicing my brake system, still my brakes less efficient. What could be the cause?

 

My car has recently started making a squeal noise while driving, but I just service my brake system and change disc pad and brake shoe (lining). What could be wrong?

Some brake noise is normal and unavoidable, what the normal mechanics says.
